The FER 400 series has been specifically developed for use in bicycle applications. The freewheel clutch already includes an integrated roller bearing, allowing for space-saving design solutions.

  • Sprag hight: 4 mm
  • Tolerance rollers: On request
  • Shaft diameter: from d = 20…60 mm
  • Installed width: B = 9…17 mm
  • Operating temperature: max. 140 °C
  • Indexing frequency: max. 5 Hz
  • Lubrication: Oil or grease lubrication; delivered rust-protected only

For series production a tool for the injection mold process is requested.
